How to be happy no matter what

Try it on for size.
You will learn to take these simple step by step instructions to start on your journey of being happy no matter what.

Instructions
things you'll need:
•quiet time to reflect
•favorite music
•pen and paper

Block out at least 15 minutes of uninterupted time for yourself

Play your favorite music cd at low volume.

Find a comfortable chair, lounge to sit down with your pen and paper.

Write down the top 5 things or essences that you feel would make you happy. Example: Car,house, dog, serenity, financial clairity.

Say the 5 things you wrote outloud to yourself. Say them very very slowly, like an inch worm, until you can really feel the impact of every word. You have enough time to say them all.

Continue to sit breathing in and visualizing the thoughts of those 5 things or essences you wrote down until your 15 minutes are up. Imagine what it would feel like having the 5 things and essences your wrote down for yourself. You should be smiling by now.

Tips & Warnings
•Practice visualizing and feeling the things and essences that you wrote down for yourself for the next 30 days. It takes 30 days for something to become habit. If you can practice your visualizing and happy feelings, you will attract them towards you.

•You can be antsy if you have never done something like this before. You may be overwhelmed not knowing what 5 things or essenses you want for yourself. Doesn't matter, continue to sit and practice your 15 minutes a day. You will eventualy come up with your personal 5 and you will attract them to you.
